Riding Socks

So this summer we told the girls that we would give them horse riding lessons. Thanks to my cousin Lyndsey and her family we have been able to do this. We try and go down to Nephi twice a month so far we have been down I think 4 times. Brinley has it, Tasha didn't do to bad today for her first time, and Haley who is really good on Ruby wouldn't get on today to ride. I was sad when my cousin Marty told me that he was going to sell her. Socks is 22 and in great shape for her age, she has a bad leg so she can't really run any more but is so great with kids. And you know that is true if she can handle having my kids ride her.

Summer Time

So summer is half way over and I don't know were the time has gone. We have tried to keep the kids busy, Tasha took Ballroom dance class and loved it,all 3 are taking horse back riding lessons that are going really well, and reading time at the city library. Tasha went and spent 12 days in St. George with my parents and Cory and I tried to keep the other 2 busy with swimming, baseball games and movies. Haley and Brinely both still have dates with Nana and Papa coming up. Hope the rest of the summer can go as smoothly as the 1st half.
